Truce.ai has entered fast-track beta development, targeting general availability in Q1 FY2027. The platform introduces two modules that are unprecedented in the CLM industry: Truce.ai for Government and Truce.ai for Partnerships.
Existing CLM platforms were built for procurement, sales, and legal teams in commercial enterprises. Government contracting — with its layers of compliance, public accountability, multi-agency co-signatories, and statutory obligations — has never had a purpose-built CLM. The same is true for Partnerships, where agreements span joint ventures, channel arrangements, revenue share structures, and alliance obligations.

The Six Modules
Truce.ai ships with six contract intelligence modules, each tailored to the contractual workflows of a specific enterprise function: HR (employment agreements, NDAs, contractor terms), Legal (MSAs, SLAs, dispute management), Sales (customer contracts, order forms, renewal orchestration), Procurement (vendor agreements, SOWs, SLA enforcement), Partnerships (alliance contracts, revenue share agreements, co-sell terms), and Government (public contracts, grant agreements, regulatory compliance).
Fast-Track Beta Programme
Beta access is available to select enterprise customers and government agencies. Participants will receive early access to all six modules, dedicated onboarding support, and direct engagement with the Truce.ai product team. Beta participants will also have input into the roadmap prior to general availability.
Organisations interested in the beta programme can apply through the Truce.ai website. Priority will be given to organisations with complex, multi-party contract environments where AI-driven resolution can demonstrate measurable value.
